Each journal entry has four parts to it...

A thought for the day

Qualities, Traits and Talents-where you and your buddies like about each other.

A focus word for the day- an idea to explore or simply a word to think about. You can talk about it with your buddy, draw a picture about it, write about it... it is up to you!

Blank Pages-Some are lined and some are not. These pages are for your thoughts and feelings or your drawings, art, and poetry or any other creative journaling ideas that you want to try out.

Why I love Journal Buddies...

After reading through each of the copies of Journal Buddies I received I have really come to love these special books. In todays world to many days go by where children feel unloved or that their ideas and opinions don't matter. Journal Buddies teaches children that how they think and feel is important. By sharing their Journal with 30 buddies who will each compliment them with traits and qualities they like about them.

The rules of the book state absolutely no criticism or put-downs allowed!

I also love that by filling out this book with friends and family, your child is building healthy relationships based on common interests and qualities that they and their buddies like about each other. Shouldn't this be the basis to all friendships?

There is not one ounce of negativity in either of these amazing books! They are written on a level that children ages 7 and up can easily understand.
