Hi! Just stopped over from FF and wanted to say Hi! I'm in China for the next 1.5 months, and they charge you if you use plastic bags here. That way, more people use reusable ones! I don't know if America is going to start this any time soon, but I think it would be a good idea :) Maybe I'll be used to the idea by the time I get home...
